Description
Four of Pentacles: Key Words: Control, Power
This card is the pros and cons of material security and wealth. It is possession and all of the problems inherent in the power gained through ownership and control. It is influence and the end of need, but also material bondage and greed. It is resistance to change, upholding of the status quo and refusal to surrender power.
Done for the Eatpoo Tarot Project! Took a long time... been working on it on and off for a little over a month now, I think. If I had to guess it took at least 20 hours to finish, but there's no certainty in my guess.
Photoshop 7, Wacom Intuos2.
Edit on Jan. 28, 2008: The above striked text was an immature outburst. I apologize for mistakes I made while I was younger.

The one thing I must nitpick is his hand...it's a bit...eh...boneless? rubbery? I dunno. Maybe it just needs some curl/clutch to it.
Anywho, I bow before your patience.

Great job, your style really comes together in this piece. And the detail simply overwhelms me. The concept is pretty strong and well expressed, but I think the dragon coud look evem more greedy. I'll say it again: your illustration style really starts to pop with this one. :b:
